Emergency dentistry
Dental emergencies can happen at any time, and when they do, it’s important to act quickly. Whether you’re experiencing severe tooth pain, a broken tooth, swelling, or another urgent dental issue, our team is here to help. We understand that emergencies can be distressing, but there’s no need to panic. Simply give us a call, and we will arrange an appointment for you as soon as possible or provide advice over the phone to help manage your symptoms until you can be seen.
During normal opening hours, registered patients can access same day emergency appointments by calling the practice before 10am. We often have availability to see unregistered patients too. Most of our emergency appointments are not available for online booking, so it’s best to call us. Our experienced team will assess your situation and provide appropriate treatment to get you feeling comfortable again. If you are unsure whether you require immediate attention, don’t hesitate to call us – we’re always happy to offer guidance and reassurance.

​If you have an appointment booked with us, but have a new problem, please let us know so we amend your booking. We allow significantly longer appointments for dealing with problems, compared to a check -up.

This service is operated by the247dentist. They operate from our practice but are a separate company and clinicians. Denplan patients should keep receipts for any emergency out of hours care as they can claim part of the cost of treatment back from Denplan, within the limits of the supplementary insurance policy.
